Once we confirm your flower shop referral, Consumer2Florist Flower Shop Referral Service will issue a confirmation packet to your local flower shop. In that confirmation packet you will find a confirmation letter and form. You must fill out the confirmation form, including your choice of gift card from any of our participating merchants, sign and return the form to us at the address provided in the confirmation packet. Please allow 2-4 weeks for deliver of your gift card upon receipt of your confirmation form. The more referrals you send to us the more bonuses you receive.
